Collaboration Area

If you experience difficulties logging in, we apologise. It's probably because you have downloaded the new version of Internet Explorer, version 7. Microsoft have removed their full file transfer functionality in this release. To get into your central file areas please do the following:

Open Windows Explorer (the window you open to view documents on your computer). Alternatively, pressing the key with a picture of windows on, (located on the bottom right of your keyboard) and the "e" key together, will bring the Windows Explorer window up.

1. Copy the following: ftp://u40412335-SPAClients@s163205511.websitehome.co.uk
2. Paste this into the Address bar at the top of your Window and press Enter.
3. The box to enter your password will now be displayed.
